Because we work with HTML and CSS primarily, we develop designs iteratively, saving time by not having to model up each design as a static image. when we utilise static graphics to suggest a look-and-feel approach (colour, texture, and font). You'll get the chance to look over our work and offer suggestions. We welcome your concerns during the feedback phase; it's our responsibility to identify the design solutions. You may terminate this agreement and pay us in full for all of the work we have completed up to that point if, at any time, you are unhappy with the direction the project is going.
You may choose to make a few minor adjustments here and there when your website goes live and you start receiving feedback from users. We will provide free corrections and changes for thirty days following the site's launch (provided that they fall within the original agreement's parameters). Any further amendments will be billed at our normal hourly rate beyond those thirty days.
First of all, you pledge that every text, picture, and other artistic materials you contribute are either your own original works of art or that you have consent to use them. After your last payment has cleared, you will then immediately be granted copyright. We enjoy sharing our work and knowledge with others, which is why we reserve the right, with your consent, to write about your project on websites, to display and link to it as part of our portfolio, and to put an advertisement identifying us as the web designers at the bottom of your website.
We are not obligated to write any new text copy unless specifically specified in the contract. We can provide you a quote if you would want us to create fresh content.
You should provide us high-resolution digital photos and graphic assets in editable vector format if you're giving us graphic content for your website. We can recommend a few stock images to you if you decide to use them.
Our templates are created using HTML 5 markup, CSS stylesheets for styling, and subtle Java script for behaviours, and functionality detection.
You are aware of how crucial it is for small businesses like ours to receive and pay their bills on time. You also commit to adhere strictly to our payment plan because we know you'll want to be pals. We reserve the right to take down the website from the Internet and/or, without causing any harm to you, the client, to halt execution of any outstanding debts under this contract until we have received full payment if any money owed to Wolfgang.Dev according to this agreement has not been received within 14 days of the due date.
The old practice of trying to have a website seem the same across browsers and on screens of various sizes is no longer used in browser testing. Our job is to make sure that a user's experience with a design is compatible with the abilities of the browser or device.
Our work is tested on the most recent iterations of the major desktop browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. Additionally, we'll test to make sure Windows users of Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 have a suitable—and perhaps unique—experience. Unless you tell us differently, we are not going to test in any other outdated browsers. We are able to offer you a different estimate if you require an improved design for an outdated browser.
Should you need web hosting, we'll host it for you until you request it or we give at least one month's notice (which may not come until after we've hosted the website for six months or longer).
Even if you have informed us of potential damages, we are unable to ensure that our services will be error-free, and as a result, we cannot be held accountable to you or any third party for losses, including lost savings, profits, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages. We are unable promise or provide you with any assurance that the website will perform as intended, remain up to date, or be without viruses or other harmful content. Lastly, this agreement's terms are severable from one another and do not impact the enforceability and legality of the other provisions in the event that any provision is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any other reason.
Fixed-price agreements may restrict you to your initial concepts. We do not wish to prevent you from changing your mind. We're pleased to be flexible, but the pricing we provided you at the start of the agreement is based on how long we think it will take to complete all of the goals you've informed us you are interested in accomplishing. There won't be any issues if you decide to add anything new or change your mind; we'll give you another quote for this.
